Job summary

Egis Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee end-to-end contracting for a radioactive waste management program, ensuring obligations and supplier performance are tightly managed.

The role collaborates with engineering, procurement, legal, finance and client teams, and will lead the EPCOM Tender pack preparation with input from the delivery group. No remote work; full-time on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Job description

The Contract Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of contracts supporting the radioactive waste management program ensuring contractual obligations commercial risks and supplier performance are effectively managed. The role will work closely with program project engineering procurement legal finance and client teams to support successful program delivery. The Contract Manager will lead the preparation of the EPCOM Tender pack with technical inputs from the delivery team.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Engineering Science Law Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in design campaign/Site supervision campaign/ with preparing contracts for EPCOM stages.
• Relevant contract management experience preferably within nuclear radioactive waste management decommissioning major infrastructure or other complex regulated projects.
• Proven expertise in managing pre- and post-award contract lifecycles change control and claims management under stringent quality and regulatory frameworks.
