Position: Contract Manager—Commercial Management

Location: Headquarters, DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone

Scope

The Contract Manager—Commercial Management's primary role is to enhance and safeguard the profitability of the business by managing risks and opportunities in new and existing contracts, focusing on manpower contracts throughout the contract lifecycle. This includes ensuring end-to-end service delivery to clients and maintaining contract profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Financial
  • Identify and communicate contract risks that could impact the company's finances.
  • Assess risks and advise on potential outcomes to management, supporting decision-making on opportunities.
  • Analyze existing contracts to improve client satisfaction and increase contract value.
  • Assist in reviewing new and existing contracts to evaluate feasibility and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Bids Team on tenders and bonds.
  • Support dispute resolution with clients to ensure timely settlements.
Customer
  • Mitigate risks and support business development activities, including drafting, negotiating, and closing contracts.
  • Advise internal stakeholders and support sustainable growth.
  • Assist in account creation, renewal, and closure across various divisions.
  • Participate in Commercial Review meetings to assess risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Attend debtors’ meetings to facilitate timely payments.
  • Share knowledge of client usage across business units.
Process
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager—Commercial to develop workforce commercial awareness.
  • Support contract drafting and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Guide governance for client activities, ensuring proper risk assessment and approval.
  • Review RFPs, tenders, and RFIs to identify risks and financial impacts, supporting risk mitigation.
  • Work with the legal team to ensure agreements comply with policies and laws.
  • Ensure documentation follows company standards and authority matrices.
Innovation
  • Provide training to Account and Operations Managers on service levels, KPIs, and commercial awareness.
