Job Description:

1. Participate in reviewing the business section of various contract documents;
2. Participate in answering important legal questions raised by various departments related to the company's business;
3. Participation in Claims for Specific EPC Projects;
4. Responsible for establishing contacts with external law offices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Engineering Management, International Trade, Civil Engineering, Project Management or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management for power plant or EPC projects; overseas experience preferred.
