Contract Manager

Type: Fulltime Onsite
Location: Dubai UAE

Job Description:

• Manage overall of the contract and compliance with SLA/KPIs.
• Act as the single point of contact for MOHESR.
• Lead daily/weekly meetings and coordinate with engineers supervisors and subcontractors.
• Approve MMRs incident reports quotations and technical submissions.
• Monitor staff performance approvals mobilization and resource compliance.
• Ensure timely reporting invoicing and documentation.

Requirements:

• BSc. in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
• Minimum 810 years in FM or building maintenance (GCC preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CAFM KPI frameworks and ISO standards
