Job summary

Talents Tide is hiring a Contracts & Commercials Manager for a Dubai-based MEP group. The role focuses on managing contracts, commercial terms, and claims across engineering and construction projects.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of contracts management experience with a strong MEP background, UAE experience preferred, and is available for immediate joining or on short notice.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in contracts management.
• Mandatory background in MEP and construction contracts; experience with an MEP contractor or engineering & contracting company preferred.
• Prior UAE experience and immediate availability or short-notice joining capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of MEP contracts from negotiation through completion.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, amendments, and agreements.
• Handle contractual claims, variations, extensions of time, and formal notices.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks and formulate appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor contractual obligations to ensure strict compliance across all ongoing projects.
• Collaborate closely with Project, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, and Legal departments.
• Provide expert contractual guidance to project teams and assist in resolving disputes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate contractual documentation and records.
• Support commercial negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
