Contract Management Supervisor - Engineering
Job Purpose
As a Contracts Management Supervisor, you will consolidate and efficiently index various contracts and all associated documents in the contracts database system in collaboration with the business user department, contributing process orientation and expertise. This position is responsible for facilitating and coordinating effective cross-functional teamwork and acting as an interface for managing all related contacts.
In This Role You Will
- Generate reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis related to all aspects of contract management and communicate with the Procurement team and other relevant business units. Perform other contract management functions as required.
- Support the Contracts Management Unit in developing and enhancing processes and tools to deliver efficient output with quick turnaround.
- Serve as the primary contact for contractual communication, responding to queries and serving notices as per contract terms. Maintain a repository of executed contracts and update the system to monitor contractual compliance.
Contract Management
- Follow up on Free Of Charge (FOC) spare parts, ensuring contractual data is recorded to monitor compliance through the contract compliance system.
- Follow up on contractual credits, raising claims via the e-warranty workflow system for approval and accounting purposes.
- Ensure updates to amendments in BFE contracts and General Terms Agreements are reflected both in the repository and hard copies to keep information current.
- Collaborate with relevant units to ensure accurate indexing of all contracts and agreements, updating the Aircraft Readiness Logbook for new aircraft deliveries.
- Assist in the Price review process by sanitizing catalog prices and generating annual Contractual Price Adjustment studies.
- Review discrepancies between PO unit prices and catalog prices, updating records accordingly.
- Manage warranty update queries and ensure accurate terms are reflected in the Ultramain system, referring to individual contracts as needed.
- Update and maintain spare prices in the system and track records.
Contract Management Aircraft and Powerplant
- Maintain detailed databases of in-service aircraft, engines, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure timely serving of notices for operating and finance leases, following internal policies and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for compliance and act as a focal point for contractual requests.
- Generate reports on lease status, changes, and redelivery conditions for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
- 4 years of experience in Engineering Purchasing or Planning Education.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Repair Management, Material Planning, or Aircraft Spares Purchasing is preferable.
- Experience in Airlines or MRO Maintenance Repair Organization is also considered.
- Familiarity with repair warranty stores, inventory, and aircraft systems is required.
