Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in warehouse coordination or operations, preferably in regulated environments.
• Experience with WMS/ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory, order processing, dispatch and returns.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and inventory records.
• Monitor batch/lot numbers, expiry dates, quantities, and stock movements.
• Update and maintain transactions in WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate manpower and daily warehouse activities with the operational team.
• Support inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Prepare operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and warehouse/quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager to meet business needs.
