As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. As an IT Expert, you will join our dynamic Contract Logistics Information Systems team, where you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our logistics systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, quality testing, business analysis, and driving process improvements across various implementation and operational support activities.

How you create impact

  • You will provide operational and post-implementation support for Contract Logistics Information Systems, ensuring smooth system performance and issue resolution.

  • You will lead and support system implementations, including customer onboarding, configuration of environments, and go-live/hypercare activities.

  • You will coordinate release management and execute integration testing to ensure system stability and functionality.

  • You will conduct user training sessions and maintain internal knowledge bases to support system adoption and continuous learning.

  • You will collaborate with corporate teams and subject matter experts to drive compliance, improvement projects, and local system enhancements.

  • You will analyze and optimize existing operational processes, leveraging new functionalities and integration methods (e.g., EDI, replication, application-to-application).

  • You will manage ticketing systems, follow up on assigned issues, and generate analytical reports based on operational needs.

  • You will support hardware and system setup, including barcode printers and label printing, within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

What we would like you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Logistics, or a related field

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or logistics systems

  • Solid understanding of BY WMS & Moca Programming, as well as ERP/MRP/CRM/WMS systems

  • Experience with databases and advanced Excel skills

  • Knowledge of SQL and/or a popular programming language

  • Strong communication, analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Experience in software testing and quality assurance

  • Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Django/Python) is a plus

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish
