Ecojob in Sharjah, UAE is seeking a Logistics Coordinator on a contract basis. You will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, and ensure on-time delivery, working with suppliers, vendors, and transport partners to keep the supply chain smooth.

The ideal candidate has logistics or supply chain experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to solve problems while maintaining accurate records. UAE visa is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the supply chain including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and shipping partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
• Track inventory levels and make recommendations for purchasing or restocking as needed.
• Monitor transportation schedules and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other important documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve supply chain processes and efficiency.
