We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenContract Assistant Manager Luxury Hotels to join our team in Dubai. This role is exclusively focused on contracting and managing luxury hotel partnerships, ensuring the best rates, availability, and supply for high-end accommodations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and negotiate contracts specifically with luxury hotels to secure the most competitive rates and favorable terms.
• Develop strong relationships with five-star and ultra-luxury hotels in the UAE, conducting regular visits to maintain partnerships.
• Oversee all luxury hotel contracting processes, ensuring accurate updates on special offers, early booking discounts, and stop sales.
• Analyze market trends in the luxury travel sector, identifying new high-end hotel partners and business opportunities.
• Monitor the performance of contracted luxury hotels, managing allocations, special offer requests, and price competitiveness.
• Serve as the main point of contact for luxury hotel partners, addressing queries and concerns.
• Conduct competitor analysis to ensure ODEON Tours remains competitive in the high-end travel market.
• Provide guidance and insights to hotels regarding allotments, availability, and supply management to maximize sales.
• Track cancellations and guest feedback, implementing necessary follow-ups to maintain the highest standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tour operations, hotel contracting, pricing, or account management, with a strong focus on luxury hotels.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); Russian is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of the luxury travel and hospitality sector.
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts with five-star and ultra-luxury hotels.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills within the luxury hotel industry.
• A business-driven mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on luxury market opportunities.
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with an ability to build trust with premium hotel partners.
• Hotel school or university background is preferred.
• Currently residing in Dubai, UAE.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Work location will be in JLT.
