RINA is currently recruiting for a Middle East Contract and Sales Manager for TPI Services in the Oil & Gas Industry to join its office in Abu Dhabi within the Energy Procurement Solutions Division.

Mission

The Contract Manager oversees contracts for inspections, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction. They are responsible for the entire contract lifecycle, from planning and documentation to performance monitoring and data entry into legacy systems. The role involves managing the P&L for inspection services, overseeing contract performance related to costs, and understanding client and market needs to prepare proposals, tenders, and scout for new opportunities.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Contract Oversight:
    • Manage inspection activity contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
    • Optimize profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  2. Contract Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee all stages of contracts, from planning to completion.
    • Develop and execute effective contract management strategies.
  3. Document Issuance:
    • Issue necessary documents and instructions for contract execution.
    • Ensure clear communication of contract terms to relevant parties.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Work to maximize contract profitability through cost control and revenue strategies.
    • Collaborate with finance teams for accurate invoicing and financial tracking.
  5. Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor contract performance throughout its lifecycle.
  6. Customer Satisfaction:
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during the contract period.
    • Address customer concerns and seek continuous improvement opportunities.
  7. Data Entry and Recordkeeping:
    • Maintain accurate and timely data entry into legacy systems.
    • Keep detailed records of contract activities.
  8. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide specific requirements to the Technical Recruiting Team for vendor inspection and field expediting services.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other parties.
  9. Risk Management and Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to contract performance.
    • Evaluate and enhance contract management processes.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering or Economics.

Qualifications
