Job summary

Safran Aerosystems Services Middle East recrute un chef de projet expérimenté pour piloter des programmes complexes dans l’aéronautique. Vous garantissez le respect des délais, du budget et du périmètre, tout en assurant l’alignement avec les objectifs qualité et sécurité.

Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience en gestion de projets, maîtrisant Lean Sigma et les démarches d’amélioration continue, et sait coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires et des partenaires externes.

Qualifications

• Gestion de projets: livrer les projets à temps, dans le périmètre et le budget.
• Meilleur maîtrise technique et expérience en management, budgétisation et analyse.
• Solide expérience en démarches d'amélioration continue et optimisation des processus.
• Leadership et mentorat, pilotage du changement selon Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Définir les limites du projet avec le sponsor.
• Mettre en place la structure PM et le Steering Committee.
• Assurer la livraison dans les délais, le périmètre et le budget.
• Développer les objectifs et le périmètre avec les parties prenantes.
• Gérer les ressources et les allocations.
• Conduire des projets d'amélioration Lean Sigma.
• Superviser les Green Belts et développer leurs compétences.
• Coordiners les ressources internes et externes.
• Élaborer un plan de projet détaillé et suivre l'avancement.
• Gérer les changements d'étendue, calendrier et coûts.
• Mesurer la performance avec des systèmes et outils.
• Rapporter à la direction et gérer les relations clients.
• Réaliser la gestion des risques pour minimiser les risques.
• Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs externes.
• Documenter les projets et suivre les KPI.
• Conduire l'amélioration continue dans tous les départements.
• Contribuer au déploiement du One Safran DMS.

Descriptif mission

Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Project leaders should have a technical background as well as be skilled in business management, budgeting and analysis. Must have solid background in continuous improvement methodologies and practice monitoring and improving organizational processes to ensure maximum efficiency. Excellent research and analysis skills to ensure that workflows are mapped and to remove waste and low-value activities recommending best practice solutions. Guided by formal kaizen methodologies, incumbent must take the lead in implementing changes, acting as a leader and mentor throughout different areas of the organization.

• Setting boundaries of the project with the help of the project sponsor
• Implement the structure of the project management (especially the decision-making body ? ie Steering Committee)
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Implementing ambitious improvement projects using methods such as Lean Sigma
• Supervise projects led by Green Belts (or BB if MBB) and develop their skills
• Coordinate internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalat... to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Assists the MD for the company Road Map and to prepare the budget on line with production forecast.
