Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Content Writer to create high-quality, education-led and brand-building content for MultiBank Group across digital channels. You’ll translate complex topics such as CFDs, forex, indices, commodities, metals, shares CFDs, and crypto CFDs into clear, engaging, and compliant content that aligns with our brand voice.

The ideal candidate is a publishable bilingual writer in English and Arabic, with experience producing both long-form and short-form financial content. You will use AI tools as part of your daily workflow to draft, refine, and deliver content efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit long-form and mid-form content, including blog articles, landing pages, website copy, platform and app explainers, newsletters, knowledge-base content, and campaign-supporting copy.
• Create short-form promotional and performance-focused copy for paid social, display, search, email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and SMS.
• Develop educational content series, including trading basics, market explainers, and platform-feature content, translating complex financial topics into clear, compliant messaging.
• Produce original Arabic-first content and adapt or translate English content into high-quality Arabic, maintaining meaning, tone, and cultural relevance.
• Support SEO initiatives through keyword alignment, on-page structure, meta titles and descriptions, internal linking, and content refreshes.
• Work closely with Marketing, Performance, Product, Design, and Compliance teams to ensure content supports campaign objectives and meets regulatory requirements.
• Use AI tools to support ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and content iteration while maintaining editorial quality and brand consistency.
• Manage multiple briefs and deadlines while ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with target audiences.
• Track content performance, including engagement, CTR, time on page, and conversions, and optimize copy based on insights.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven content-writing experience, supported by published writing samples rather than years of experience alone.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across long-form and short-form content formats.
• Experience writing for a finance audience, ideally within brokerage, banking, fintech, trading, or investment.
• Excellent English and Arabic writing and editing skills, with publishable samples in both languages.
• Demonstrated experience producing original Arabic content, not only translated or adapted copy, as well as English-to-Arabic translation experience.
• Strong ability to simplify complex financial topics without overpromising outcomes.
• Comfortable working with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and regulated-financial-services content.
• AI fluent, with practical day-to-day use of AI tools to draft, improve, and iterate content efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Profile

• Agency experience, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and fast-paced turnarounds.
• Experience in crypto and Web3, including familiarity with relevant terminology and audience expectations.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, content planning, and digital performance metrics.
• Knowledge of CFDs, leverage, margin, spreads, execution, and basic market structure.
• Experience writing for regulated financial-services environments across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of MT4/MT5, trading apps, social trading, and brokerage account types such as Standard, Pro, and ECN.
