Content Specialist

AG Mena is seeking a talented and experienced Content Creator to join its team in Dubai.

This role focuses on creating engaging and high-quality content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and also TikTok to enhance the firm's profile as a leading private client services firm.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media content creation, with a deep understanding of platform-specific strategies and a passion for digital storytelling. Your creative vision will play a key role in shaping our brand's voice across various social media channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok that align with the brand identity of AG Mena.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging multimedia content on the Firm's key practice areas including citizenship & residency and dubai business setup through videos, graphics, and posts, tailored to each platform's audience
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all social media platforms.
• Assist the firm's Video Editor on editing of videos, creation of brochures and marketing materials.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and drive engagement, reach, and conversion.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in social media and content creation tools to maintain a cutting-edge approach to our digital presence.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing content created for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Expertise in video editing and graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and mobile editing apps.
• In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with multiple teams.
• Previous experience in a similar role is required (experience with professional services firms is a plus).
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
