Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and continuously refine comprehensive content marketing strategies to engage diverse audiences and align with our business goals.
  • Create and manage versatile content across various platforms including, but not limited to, email newsletters, case studies, press releases, corporate presentations, product presentations, and social media content, ensuring alignment with our brand and best practices.
  • Develop and implement content promotion strategies across owned channels, leveraging both organic and earned media to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Play a key role in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing both paid search and social media advertising, to drive lead generation and achieve conversion targets.
  • Direct and produce engaging content for the brand's social media channels, fostering interaction and cultivating a positive brand image.
  • Coordinate with various departments to meet content needs for different initiatives, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Analyze content performance to refine strategies and enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and produce content that is optimized for SEO to enhance visibility, improve organic search rankings, and increase traffic.
  • Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather feedback on content effectiveness and to align future content with user needs and business objectives.
  • Implement processes for the regular review and archiving of outdated content to keep content repositories current and relevant.
  • Continuously research market trends and audience preferences to refine content strategy and ensure alignment with user expectations and interests.
  • Continuously identify and integrate emerging technologies and platforms to innovate content strategies, enhance audience engagement, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of contacts, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
  • Monitor and optimize mailing lists to improve delivery, open rates, and click-through rates, while also managing subscribe/unsubscribe processes efficiently.
  • Maintain organized content repositories to ensure easy access for both internal teams and external stakeholders, thereby enhancing collaboration, customer engagement, and support.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in content marketing and communications, with proven results in developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Solid skills in using content management systems (CMS), as well as experience with email marketing automation tools and customer data platforms (CDP).
  • Knowledge of analytics and performance measurement tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Rank Math, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, coupled with strong verbal communication abilities. Must have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to create impactful content programs that drive key metrics.
  • Ability to navigate cross-departmental collaboration, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design principles and tools like Adobe Creative Suite (optional, but often beneficial).
