JOB TITLE: Content Management Specialist

LOCATION: Abu Dhabi (in office)

CONTRACT TYPE: Contract

REPORTING TO: Associate Director Marketing

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a motivated Content Management Specialist to support the content management needs of their digital platforms. In this role, you will assist in the creation, organisation, and distribution of digital content, working closely with cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Content Support: Assist in the execution of content management strategies to drive engagement and user interaction.
  2. Content Creation: Help create and edit content, ensuring it is accurate, consistent and aligned with brand voice.
  3. Content Updates: Regularly update and maintain content across ADGM's digital platforms based on business requirements.
  4. Content Calendar Management: Support the development and upkeep of an editorial calendar to ensure timely updates and content delivery.
  5. Content Audits: Assist in conducting audits to ensure that all digital content remains relevant and up to date.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams and partners to ensure content supports business objectives.
  7. Content Distribution: Help manage the distribution of content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment.
  8. Content Governance: Follow established content governance standards and contribute to maintaining quality and consistency across all content.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE

  1. Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  2. Familiarity with CMS platforms; knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  3. Good organisational and time management skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a content management related role.
