The position includes coordinating training projects, managing timelines, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality instructional materials. Daily tasks include drafting and revising course materials, preparing presentations and participant guides, organizing training logistics, and supporting facilitators before and during delivery. The role also requires monitoring feedback and performance metrics to refine content and enhance the overall learning experience.
