A leading company in the contracting sector seeks a skilled Content Developer to enhance their digital presence. The ideal candidate will create innovative content while managing graphic design projects, blending creativity with a keen understanding of social media trends. This role requires strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with video editing, particularly for short-form platforms. The successful applicant will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing materials across digital and print channels.
We are looking for a Content Developer who is not only social-savvy but also has strong graphic design and video editing skills. The ideal candidate will create compelling content across digital platforms while also designing brochures, marketing collaterals, and advertisement graphics to support our campaigns. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Management: • Develop and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) • Write sharp, audience-focused captions and CTAs Graphic Design: • Design digital creatives, carousel posts, ad banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials • Create high-impact static visuals and social-first designs that align with the brand Video Editing: • Edit short-form videos and reels for social media (motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, audio syncing) • Repurpose content for ads, stories, highlights, and other formats Advertising & Print Collaterals: • Design print-ready brochures, flyers, and billboards for offline marketing • Work on creatives for digital ads (Google Display, Meta, etc.) Strategy & Insights: • Monitor trends, audience engagement, and analytics to improve performance • Collaborate with internal teams to align creative direction and campaign goals
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) • Solid experience designing brochures, flyers, ad creatives, and social content • Hands-on experience with video editing for short-form platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) • Basic understanding of social media algorithms and content strategy • Highly organized, creative, and deadline-driven Preferred Qualifications • Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or related field • Experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle industries is a plus • Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, Meta Suite, etc.
