A leading company in the UAE seeks a talented Content Creator | Social Media Manager to represent client brands across various platforms. We are hiring talented Content Creator | Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our clients’ brands on social media, responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and fostering relationships with online communities. Your expertise will help drive brand growth and consistency across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop fun, engaging, and informative content that aligns with the brand identity of AddBloom’s partners. This includes devloping mood boards, shooting content, copywriting content, creating visuals, and producing multimedia content.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with social media communities by responding to comments, answering questions, and fostering positive interactions. Cultivate strong relationships with online communities and liaise with partners as needed.
User-Generated Content Moderation: Monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with brand standards. Escalate any issues to the appropriate internal or client teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and Creative Designers to generate fresh ideas for social content. Coordinate with the project team to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and contributes to brand growth.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media performance using agency-approved tools. Report on key metrics, provide insights, and suggest improvements to optimize social media strategies.
Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive brand activity. Share relevant findings and data with internal teams and clients to inform strategy.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent writing skills in French, English, and Arabic, with a strong focus on grammar, punctuation, and high-quality content composition.
Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Ability to adapt content to suit different platforms and audiences.
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, ensuring all content is polished and error-free.
Research and Analysis: Proven ability to conduct research, perform competitive analysis, and apply findings to improve social media strategies.
Creative Content Development: Strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to develop creative content that resonates with target audiences.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Design Tools Knowledge (a plus): Familiarity with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software is a plus.
Background:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business, or related fields.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands.
