This role partner with the Director of Marketing to craft visual narratives and content that elevate RAK DAO’s brand within the innovation and digital‑asset ecosystem. This role will translate complex, technical concepts into engaging visuals, social media assets, presentations, collateral, and digital campaigns—building brand awareness among startups, investors, and industry partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design high‑quality graphics for digital ads, infographics, and social media.
- Produce visual assets for events (banners, signage, presentations) such as GITEX and the RAK DAO Conference.
- Write concise, brand‑aligned copy for graphics, platforms, and website sections.
- Collaborate with marketing team to align visual tone with campaign goals.
- Create engaging videos, podcasts, and blog posts to drive engagement.
- Maintain and update design templates, visual identity, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure visual consistency across all media and platforms.
- Work with Social Media Manager and Web Developer to integrate assets.
- Support external collaborators (agencies, freelancers) in delivering design standards.
- Monitor performance of visual assets (CTR, engagement rates).
- Refine creative assets based on analytics and UX feedback.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s in graphic design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related.
- 2+ years in digital design/content creation. Experience in technology or free-zone sector a bonus.
- Expert Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva; expertise with video and audio editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Logic Pro, Audition, etc).
- Adobe Certified Expert (preferred); UX/UI fundamentals a plus.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools
