Job Description

A Content Creator & Graphic Designer is responsible for producing all graphics work, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet the specified requirements, while maintaining the hotel’s style and Hilton brand standards.

What Will I Be Doing

Responsible for formatting and creating visual images and copy using computer-assisted programs. Create stimulating and appealing visual images and copy in line with Hilton brand standards and hotel style across various mediums. Assist the Director of Marketing in creating market collateral and artwork to highlight hotel services. Work with the Director of Marketing to establish a unified visual style for the hotel.

Specifically, your responsibilities include:

  • Designing high-quality digital and print materials for all three hotels, including flyers, menus, banners, signage, and collateral.
  • Managing content development and scheduling for social media, ensuring consistency across properties.
  • Developing and executing a monthly content calendar aligned with hotel campaigns and promotions.
  • Capturing and editing photography and videos to promote experiences and events.
  • Writing engaging, brand-aligned copy for social media, marketing materials, and internal communications.
  • Translating marketing ideas into impactful visual designs reflecting each property's identity.
  • Ensuring all visuals comply with Hilton and brand-specific standards.
  • Coordinating with influencers and content creators for activations, including scheduling and content tracking.
  • Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools and proposing improvements.
  • Maintaining organized archives of visual assets and materials.
  • Supporting activations and campaigns by collaborating with various hotel departments.
  • Liaising with external vendors for production of materials.
  • Building relationships with digital media and travel industry partners.
  • Providing input and support for projects like exhibitions, partnerships, and branding initiatives.
  • Managing vendor relationships, requesting estimates, and approving materials.
Specific Tasks
  • Keeping detailed records of marketing materials and rights.
  • Updating menus, flyers, and digital boards timely.
  • Supporting live events with content creation.
  • Assisting other departments with visual communication needs.
  • Researching trends and proposing innovative visual ideas.
  • Providing administrative support including documentation and vendor communication.

The ideal candidate is a creative and technically skilled individual with experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere. You should be innovative, capable of engaging with digital media, and knowledgeable about design principles.
