Overview
As a Content Creator at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of the All-Inclusive Collection, you will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content across all digital and print channels to reflect the hotel’s bold, playful, and stylish SO/ brand identity. You will capture the essence of the guest experience, promote hotel offerings, and drive engagement through creative storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Capture high-quality photos, videos, and graphics that showcase the hotel’s facilities, experiences, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that align with brand strategy and objectives.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content.
- Monitor trends in social media, digital marketing, and hospitality to produce relevant and innovative content.
- Edit and optimize content for different channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, Front Office, Events, etc.) to highlight special offers, events, and guest experiences.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all materials.
- Track and report content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with photography, videography, design, and editing tools and techniques.
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and PR activities with relevant content creation.
- Uphold professional appearance and communication standards aligned with the SO/ brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong creative, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Professional appearance and alignment with SO/ brand personality.
- Flexibility to work hours according to marketing campaigns, events, or social media needs.
