  • Design and create high-quality graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram grids, stories, reels, and other visual content, ensuring consistency with brand identity and guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to develop creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and enhance our online presence.
  • Edit photos and videos to create engaging visual content, including full photo and video editing for social media posts.
  • Produce short-form video content, including reels, ensuring alignment with current social media trends and best practices.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media design trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content.
  • Assist with the creation of digital content for special events, activations, and other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Up to 3 years of working experience as a Creative Manager, preferably with a focus on social media content creation.

  • Strong skills in video editing and reel creation, with proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
  • Experience in photography and video production is a plus.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, with a strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, composition, balance, color theory, and typography.
  • Passion for digital and social media design, with an ability to adapt to new trends and platforms.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
