Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute content strategies tailored for the real estate market
2. Create engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
3. Shoot and edit real estate photos/videos, showcasing properties professionally
4. Guide and support agents in building their personal branding and improving their content
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on content planning
6. Stay updated with market trends and audience preferences

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in content creation within the real estate industry
2. Strong writing, photography, and video editing skills
3. Familiarity with content trends, SEO basics, and social media platforms
4. Based in Dubai and available to work onsite full-time
5. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
