Role Overview

As an Associate – Content Creation, you'll be the creative linchpin supporting Modon’s multimedia storytelling. You’ll help produce photography, video, and graphics that elevate Modon’s brand narrative across digital and social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating photo and video content, including storyboarding, shooting, and editing.
• Support graphic asset development for campaigns, social posts, and website use.
• Operate and maintain professional camera and lighting setups (Sony/ARRI equipment experience preferred).
• Collaborate with social, design, and marketing teams to coordinate content delivery.
• Ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines, deadlines, and campaign objectives.
• Pitch creative ideas that reinforce Modon’s brand positioning and community themes.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in multimedia production and digital marketing are a plus.

Experience

• 5–10 years of content creation experience; demonstrate your portfolio of photo/video/graphic work.
• Technical fluency with industry-standard editing tools.

Technical Proficiency

• Adobe Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop; DaVinci Resolve.
• Practical experience with camera systems and lighting equipment.
