Job description

We are hiring a Content & Creative Support professional for our client Miral based in Abu Dhabi. This is a 6-month contract role (on premise) that might be extended depending on the ground situation.

We are looking for candidates on their own visa who are available soon.

Scope of Work

As the demand for material creation grows with new projects aimed at enhancing customer engagement, the Community Experiences team requires additional temporary support to launch projects with overlapping deadlines and ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. The onboarding of a skilled temporary Graphic and Video Specialist will be critical in creating engaging visual content for learning programs and events.

Duration

This support will be required for the first 2 quarters (6 months) and can be extended beyond 6 months on a month-to-month basis.

Responsibilities
Content Creation
  • Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print mediums, including advertisements, brochures, banners, and social media content.
  • Develop and edit video content for various platforms, including promotional videos, event recaps, and internal presentations.
  • Create animations or motion graphics as needed to enhance video materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Miral's branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Training Content Development Lead and CX team to understand content requirements and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders or agencies for specific design or production tasks.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and activations.
Project Management
  • Manage multiple graphic design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain an organized library of graphic assets, templates, and raw video footage.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and escalate challenges impacting delivery.
Technical Support
  • Handle basic photography or videography tasks for events or projects if required.
  • Optimize multimedia files for various platforms, including web, social media, and print.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign.
  • Experience in video editing for social media and other platforms, including motion graphics.
  • Solid graphic design skills focused on clean, clear visuals for branding and promotional content.
  • Basic UI/UX skills to make functional and visual updates to digital learning platforms.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in graphic design and video production.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of content creation, graphic, and video editing projects.
Communication Skills
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and offer innovative solutions.
Additional Requirements
  • Resources Required: 1
  • Gender and Nationality: No preference
  • Language Proficiency: English required; additional languages beneficial.
Working Hours
  • 9-hour shift, including a 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours paid).
  • Standard hours between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed.
