About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate individual with a keen interest in research and discovery to join us as the Consumer And Shopper Understanding Analyst. You will manage market intelligence tools, collaborate with trade marketing and sales teams, and integrate insights from external data sources to support operational strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Retail Audit and Consumer/Shopper research in collaboration with the Regional CSU manager.
  • Generate and report on Retail Audit Share using Nielsen tools.
  • Lead Bi-Annual Retail Audit Share reviews and consolidate insights from internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze data from various sources monthly to monitor market performance and identify opportunities.
  • Create clear and impactful business reports and visualizations.
  • Manage partnerships with agencies and support internal teams with data analysis and presentations.
  • Present research findings in diverse formats such as reports, decks, videos, and stories.
  • Lead shopper insights initiatives, shaping strategies for quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Support Joint Business Planning with key retailers through insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Synthesize multiple insights to understand shopper needs and explore analytics avenues for actionable business outcomes.
  • Oversee project management aspects, including budgeting and tracking advertising & promotion activities.

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration, with knowledge of Retail panel dynamics and experience in Consumer Panel research. A minimum of 7 years in Market Research agencies or FMCG companies is required. Proficiency in statistical modeling tools and fluency in English are essential.
