Key Responsibilities

• Consulting Execution : Represent Wipro values, lead work streams, receive positive client feedback, focus on client issues, ensure timely and quality deliverables, apply industry best practices, and build strong relationships.
• Business Development : Achieve utilization targets, create extension opportunities, understand Wipro's services, build client relationships, identify sales leads, and conduct market research.
• Thought Leadership : Develop industry and technology insights, contribute to team thought leadership, document assignments as case studies.
• Contribution to Practice / Wipro : Complete admin tasks timely, contribute to internal initiatives, share knowledge, develop reusable assets, and participate in practice development.
• Delivery and Impact : Support growth in consulting revenues, generate business impact, enhance market positioning, support account growth, and develop consulting talent.
