Allocation Assist in Dubai seeks a Consultant or Specialist Robotic Urologist to provide advanced urological care with a focus on robotic and minimally invasive surgery.

The ideal candidate will hold MBBS or equivalent, Western Board Certification and Fellowship in Robotic Urology, and be eligible for DHA licensure.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Western Board Certification/CCT/Fellowship (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or Western Europe).
• Fellowship or advanced training in Robotic Urology.
• Eligible for DHA Consultant or Specialist licensure.
• Candidates must not have previous GCC work experience.
• Strong expertise in robotic-assisted and laparoscopic urological surgery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urological conditions.
• Perform robotic-assisted and minimally invasive urological procedures.
• Manage complex urological oncology, reconstructive, and benign urological cases.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and surgical care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to clinical governance, education, and CPD.
