Consultant /Specialist Gastrointestinal Surgeon Full Time

We are actively seeking a full-time Consultant/Specialist Gastrointestinal Surgeon to join our esteemed healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments for patients with gastrointestinal conditions
• Develop tailored treatment plans that encompass both surgical and non-surgical options for optimal patient outcomes
• Execute advanced gastrointestinal surgeries, including minimally invasive techniques, with a focus on safety and precision
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care, ensuring seamless recovery processes and addressing any complications
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team to deliver integrated care and enhance patient experiences
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, expected outcomes, and necessary lifestyle adjustments
• Engage in continual professional development, research opportunities, and peer collaboration to drive innovation in surgical practices
• Accurately document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes, adhering to regulatory standards

• MD or equivalent medical qualification from an accredited institution
• Completion of residency in General Surgery and a fellowship in Gastrointestinal Surgery
• Current and valid medical licensure to practice
• A minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in gastrointestinal surgery
• In-depth knowledge of gastrointestinal diseases, surgical techniques, and patient management
• Exceptional surgical skills with proficiency in advanced and minimally invasive procedures
• Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Dedication to ongoing education and staying current with evolving surgical practices
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
