Consultant /Specialist Gastrointestinal Surgeon

Looking for a dynamic and experienced Consultant/Specialist Gastrointestinal Surgeon to join our team.

As a Consultant/Specialist Gastrointestinal Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional surgical care to patients with diseases and disorders of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. You will work closely with other medical professionals to ensure the highest quality of care and treatment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough evaluation of patients conditions to determine the appropriate course of treatment
• Perform surgical procedures on patients with GI disorders, including but not limited to laparoscopic and open surgeries
• Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
• Educate patients and their families about their condition and post-surgical care
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in gastrointestinal surgery
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to all medical ethics and legal standards
  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
• Board certification in General Surgery with a focus on GI surgery
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Gastrointestinal Surgeon
• Strong surgical skills and experience with complex and advanced laparoscopic procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Ability to handle high-stress and fast-paced environments
• Commitment to providing the highest quality of care and treatment for patients
