Job summary

CareerLink HR LLC is partnering with a leading multispecialty healthcare group in Dubai to recruit a Consultant / Specialist Rheumatologist. The role involves diagnosing and managing autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders within a world-class medical ecosystem in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified with global recognition and DHA license eligibility. You will lead advanced biologic therapies, perform ultrasound-guided procedures, and collaborate across specialties to deliver

Qualifications

• Board-certified Rheumatology Specialist or Consultant.
• DHA license eligibility or active DHA license an advantage.
• Board recognition from ABIM, GMC, European Board, or Arab Board preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage rheumatic diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout.
• Develop individualised treatment plans using advanced biologic therapies and evidence-based protocols.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as joint aspirations, injections, and musculoskeletal ultrasound.
• Collaborate with internal medicine, orthopedics, dermatology, and physiotherapy teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor long-term disease progression and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients on chronic disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with DHA and international standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous medical education initiatives.

Role Overview

As a Consultant / Specialist Rheumatologist in Dubai, you will play a key role in diagnosing and managing a wide spectrum of autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders while contributing to multidisciplinary care in a high-performance clinical environment.

• Diagnose and manage rheumatic diseases including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, vasculitis, and connective tissue disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans using advanced biologic therapies and evidence-based protocols
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as joint aspirations, injections, and musculoskeletal ultrasound
• Collaborate with internal medicine, orthopedics, dermatology, and physiotherapy teams for comprehensive patient care

Eligibility & Board Recognition

We welcome Board Certified Rheumatology Specialists / Consultants from globally recognised systems:

• American Board (ABIM Rheumatology)
• UK CCT / GMC Specialist Register
• European Board Certification
• Canadian / Australian Fellowship
• Arab Board / FCPS / MD / DM/DNB Rheumatology
• Minimum 3–5+ years post-board experience preferred
• DHA License eligibility or active license is an advantage
