Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks a senior business development leader to own strategic relationships with national brokers and consulting firms, shaping a scalable plan to convert partnerships into distribution.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Operations, and design a data-driven contracting strategy to hit targets and timing with credibility in the benefits ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in employee-benefits consulting, broker, or channel-alliances roles with national scope.
• Proven track record of building and owning trusted senior-level relationships.
• Ability to operate with data rigor at portfolio scale.
• Deep expertise in the benefits-consulting and broker landscape.
• Experience driving national business development and closing distribution.
• Ability to influence executive-level internal and external leaders.
