Consultant Psychiatrist (UK, CCT) Arabic Female - Dubai

As a Female Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing mental health evaluations and treatments to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community centers. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and provide ongoing support to patients in a culturally sensitive manner. Your expertise in both psychiatry and Arabic language skills will be crucial in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct initial evaluations of patients to assess their mental health needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs
• Perform medication management and provide appropriate prescriptions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care
• Conduct therapy sessions with patients individually or in group settings
• Monitor and document patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping mechanisms
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of psychiatry and incorporate evidence-based practices into your work
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of patient care
• Represent Allocation Assist Middle East.inen in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications :

• Valid UK CCT in Psychiatry
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Middle Eastern customs and traditions
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and other computer applications.
