We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team.

Role Overview

The Consultant Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing direct clinical care, consultation, and supervision to patients with a wide range of mental health conditions. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for patients, while also providing guidance and support to other team members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans for patients
2. Develop and implement treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each patient's individual needs
3. Provide direct clinical care to patients, including medication management and therapy sessions
4. Serve as a consultant and resource to other mental health professionals within the team
5. Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and effective care
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and electronic health records
7. Commit to ongoing professional development and attend relevant conferences and seminars to stay updated on advancements in the field of psychiatry

Requirements

1. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
2. Board certification in Psychiatry
3. Valid state medical license
4. At least 5 years of experience as a practicing Psychiatrist
5. Documented experience in treating patients with a wide range of mental health conditions
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Strong leadership and organizational abilities
8. Passion for providing high-quality care to patients
9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
