Base pay range

AED65,000.00 / yr - AED75,000.00 / yr

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our team of specialists. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert mental health care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and make a meaningful impact on patients' well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, and psychological assessments
• Analyze assessment data to diagnose and develop effective treatment plans
• Prescribe and monitor medications, assessing efficacy and potential side effects
• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary
• Track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, and nurses to ensure integrated patient care
• Communicate effectively with case managers and other healthcare stakeholders

Requirements

• Board certification in Psychiatry
• Medical degree from an accredited institution, with completion of a psychiatric residency
• Valid medical license for the country / state of practice
• Up-to-date knowledge of psychiatric advancements and best practices
• Familiarity with crisis assessment tools and intervention techniques
• Strong understanding of general psychiatric principles and treatments
