About the Role :

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Project Manager with EtihadWE (FEWA) approval to oversee the management and execution of substation projects with a focus on 132 / 33 / 11kV. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing substation projects, including planning, execution, and completion, while adhering to deadlines, budgets, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage 132 / 33 / 11kV substation projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet EtihadWE (FEWA) standards and approvals.
• Lead and coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of all project activities.
• Manage resources efficiently to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• EtihadWE (FEWA) approval as a Project Manager for 132 / 33 / 11kV substations is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing substation projects.
• Strong understanding of substation operations, high-voltage systems, and power transmission.
• Proven track record in project management, with expertise in scheduling, budget control, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Additional Information

• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and industry best practices for substation projects.
