Job Description

• Perform complex reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures, tailoring each approach to individual patient needs and anatomical considerations.
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments, including detailed medical history reviews and physical examinations to formulate optimal surgical plans.
• Utilize advanced imaging technologies to aid in surgical planning and enhance patient outcomes, ensuring precision in every procedure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including anesthesiologists and nursing staff, to ensure seamless surgical experiences and recovery processes.
• Provide comprehensive post-operative care, monitoring recovery and addressing any complications that may arise, while educating patients on aftercare protocols.
• Stay current with the latest surgical techniques and advancements in plastic surgery, attending workshops and conferences to enhance skill sets.
• Engage in patient consultations, fostering a trusting relationship and effectively communicating treatment options and realistic outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous surgical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Participate in clinical audits and research initiatives, contributing to the advancement of plastic surgery methodologies and patient safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with specialization in plastic surgery.
• Completion of a residency program in plastic surgery, with a minimum of 5 years of post-graduate training.
• Board certification in plastic surgery, demonstrating a commitment to the highest standards of patient care and safety.
• A proven track record of performing a diverse range of plastic and reconstructive surgeries, showcasing versatility and expertise.
• Strong understanding of the latest surgical technologies and techniques, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
