About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Pelvic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare institution in Saudi Arabia. This role involves performing advanced surgical procedures for pelvic disorders, including reconstructive and minimally invasive techniques. The ideal candidate will have expertise in urogynecology, colorectal surgery, and pelvic floor reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform complex pelvic surgeries, including :

Pelvic organ prolapse repair

  • Urinary incontinence procedures
  • Recto-vaginal and vesico-vaginal fistula repairs
  • Anal incontinence and rectal prolapse surgeries
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including urologists, colorectal surgeons, and radiologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct urodynamic assessments for voiding dysfunction and pelvic floor disorders.
  • Ensure strict adherence to patient safety protocols, infection control measures, and surgical best practices.
  • Lead clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and medical education programs within the pelvic surgery department.
  • Requirements :
