Allocation Assist in Dubai is seeking a Pediatric Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The candidate should be CCT-qualified and fluent in Arabic, with English communication skills as needed to coordinate care with families and professionals.

The role involves assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions in children and adolescents, with collaboration across psychologists, pediatricians, therapists, and school counselors.

Qualifications

• CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Eligibility for DHA licensure (or already licensed).
• Fluency in Arabic is essential; strong English communication skills required.
• Proven experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including psychotherapy and medication management where appropriate.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and monitoring of patients’ progress.
• Work collaboratively with psychologists, pediatricians, therapists, nurses, and school counselors.
• Engage and support families, offering education and guidance in Arabic and English as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records.

The ideal candidate will be CCT-qualified and fluent in Arabic, as the majority of our pediatric patients and their families are native Arabic speakers. This role involves the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions in children and adolescents, working closely with families and allied healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, culturally sensitive care.

Key Responsibilities
