Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced pediatric ENT consultant to join our multidisciplinary team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and treating ENT conditions in children, with a strong background in otolaryngologic surgery and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage ENT disorders in pediatric patients, including congenital and acquired conditions.
  • Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, tympanoplasty, and endoscopic sinus surgery.
  • Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and pediatricians for comprehensive care.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests, including audiograms, CT scans, and MRIs.
  • Provide consultations and second opinions for complex pediatric ENT cases.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
  • Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and departmental meetings.
  • Supervise and mentor junior doctors and medical students when applicable.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Medical degree with specialization in otolaryngology.
  • Fellowship or board certification in pediatric ENT is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-specialization experience, with a focus on pediatric cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
