Job Description
- Provide expert clinical assessment and management for a wide range of pediatric conditions, ensuring evidence-based practices are applied.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations, utilizing advanced medical technology and procedures tailored to children.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, social workers, and therapists, to create comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Lead and supervise junior medical staff, offering mentorship and guidance to enhance their clinical skills and professional development.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
- A medical degree (MBBS or MD) with specialization in Pediatrics from a recognized institution.
- Board certification in Pediatrics, demonstrating a commitment to high standards in child healthcare.
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting, with a proven track record of patient care excellence.
- Familiarity with pediatric healthcare regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
