Requirements:

• USA: Certification by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS)
• Australia and New Zealand: Fellowship
• Canada: Fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons
• UK: Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT)
• Ireland: CCST
• Minimum of 2 years post-specialist training experience as a Consultant Paediatric Haematologist Oncologist
