Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients, utilizing diagnostic imaging and clinical evaluations to accurately diagnose orthopedic issues
• Design patient-specific treatment plans that may include surgical procedures, physical therapy, and other therapeutic interventions based on best practices
• Conduct complex orthopedic surgeries, including joint reconstruction and trauma surgeries while ensuring patient safety and adherence to surgical protocols
• Oversee preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative management to ensure seamless patient care throughout their treatment journey
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and enhance service delivery
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, surgical procedures, and rehabilitation processes to empower informed health decisions

Requirements

• A medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Completion of an orthopedic residency program
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery is a must
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in orthopedic surgery
• Proficiency in a diverse range of orthopedic surgical procedures and techniques
• Comprehensive knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork

• Fluent in English, with additional language capabilities preferred
