In this key position, you will provide top-tier orthopedic care to our diverse patient population, demonstrating proficiency in both surgical and non-surgical treatment options. Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients, utilizing diagnostic imaging and clinical evaluations to accurately diagnose orthopedic issues.
  • Design patient-specific treatment plans that may include surgical procedures, physical therapy, and other therapeutic interventions based on best practices.
  • Conduct complex orthopedic surgeries, including joint reconstruction and trauma surgeries while ensuring patient safety and adherence to surgical protocols.
  • Oversee preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative management to ensure seamless patient care throughout their treatment journey.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and enhance service delivery.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment options, surgical procedures, and rehabilitation processes to empower informed health decisions.
  • Engage in continuing education and training to remain current with advancements in orthopedic surgery and technology.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  • A medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Completion of an orthopedic residency program.
  • Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery is a must.
