Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon

• Provide high-quality patient care as an Orthopaedic Surgeon, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  
• Conduct surgeries, including joint replacement, arthroscopy, trauma surgery, and sports medicine procedures.
  
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop treatment plans for patients with complex orthopaedic conditions.
  
• Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient consultations, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up appointments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Orthopaedic Surgeon after completing MS/MD degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of general surgery principles and practices related to orthopaedics.
  
• Proficiency in performing various types of surgeries such as joint replacement (hips), spine surgery (cervical & lumbar), trauma surgery (fracture management).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
