Job summary

Allocation Assist seeks a highly experienced Consultant Neurologist to join a multidisciplinary team in Jeddah. You will diagnose, treat, and manage a broad spectrum of neurological disorders, while contributing to education and research.

You will interpret neurodiagnostic tests, supervise junior physicians, and participate in MDT discussions, audits, and ongoing CME activities, ensuring SCFHS standards are met.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in Neurology and SCFHS registration.
• 3–5 years post-specialization experience in clinical neurology.
• Proficiency in neuroimaging and neurophysiological diagnostics.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic neurological conditions including stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and migraine.
• Interpret neurodiagnostic tests such as MRI, CT, EEG, EMG, and lumbar punctures.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and complex case discussions.
• Supervise and mentor junior physicians, residents, and fellows.
• Engage in clinical audits, research, and continuing medical education activities.
• Ensure compliance with SCFHS standards and hospital protocols.

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Board Certification in Neurology (e.g., Saudi Board, Arab Board, American/Canadian Board, or European equivalent).
• Valid classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as a Consultant Neurologist.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in clinical neurology.
• Proficiency in neuroimaging and neurophysiological diagnostics.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
