What You’ll Do

As a Consultant, you will be an integral part of a team. You will engage in activities that support our clients’ projects and contribute to our firm’s business development and intellectual capital development efforts.

Your responsibilities will include identification and structuring of complex issues, autonomously conducting accurate and thorough research for client projects and proposals, generating insightful analyses showcasing advance MS Excel modelling skills and ensuring consistency across all outputs, and being able to synthesize and present the findings within the larger context in a clear and structured format.

You will be required to thrive in a high-paced, changeable environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently and adapting quickly to changing project needs.

In addition, you will manage project modules with guidance from senior team members, demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads efficiently, communicate project statuses, be able to deliver high quality outputs within deadlines and proactively implement feedback to address areas of improvement.

Basic Qualifications

Currently pursuing an MBA with an expected graduation between December 2025 and July 2026

Previous experience in a highly demanding position with a proven successful career track record. Prior experience in a top-tier consultancy or professional services environment will be highly regarded

Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s)

• Undergraduate degree major(s): Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• A logical and lateral thinker, who is intellectually curious, highly organized, and structured
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and add value in an international environment
• A team player, who can work in a truly diverse setting, possessing cultural awareness
• Extensive experience with Financial Modeling, Valuations, and / or Due Diligence
• Ability to successfully deliver in under pressure environments
• Proficiency in the use the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) in a professional environment
