About The Role

What You’ll Do

As a Consultant, you will be an integral part of a team. You will engage in activities that support our clients’ projects and contribute to our firm’s business development and intellectual capital development efforts.

• Identify and structure complex issues; autonomously conduct accurate and thorough research for client projects and proposals
• Generate insightful analyses showcasing advanced MS Excel modelling skills
• Ensure consistency across outputs and synthesize findings within a clear, structured format
• Thrive in a high-paced, dynamic environment; manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
• Manage project modules with guidance from senior team members; prioritize tasks and communicate project statuses; deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines and implement feedback

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA with an expected graduation between December 2025 and July 2026
• 2–3 years’ experience in a highly demanding position with a proven track record; prior experience in top-tier consultancy or professional services is valued
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Logical and lateral thinker, intellectually curious, highly organized and structured
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence in an international environment
• Team player with cultural awareness; experience working in diverse settings
• Extensive experience with Financial Modeling, Valuations, and / or Due Diligence
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Keen interest in strategy consulting across FTI’s focus industries
