Job description

Client

The boutique firm's client currently has their main preengineered building systems (PEB) manufacturing plant in Dubai. They primarily provide their PEB solutions in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Africa.

Role

The client seeks a consultant with deep expertise in preengineered building systems to undertake an operational efficiency assessment. The goal is to identify necessary changes to enhance value and determine potential additional initiatives to improve operations.

Key Deliverables:

• 10+ years of experience in PEB and manufacturing industries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with highly experienced PEB employees
• Willingness to work and travel as required, partially onsite and remotely

Skills and Experience Required:

• Stakeholder management skills
• Experience interfacing with management-level stakeholders, including C-suite interactions
• Ability to prioritize and deliver outputs on schedule

Logistics

• Start Date: Immediate, within 2 weeks
• Duration: Negotiable, candidates outside Dubai considered
• Location: Dubai, UAE. Travel to Dubai required for onsite visits. Remote work available for documentation tasks.

Compensation:

The rate is linked to deliverables. The expected deliverables are:

1. Operational efficiency assessment of the current state
2. Development of a future state value creation model and initiatives
3. Input into the 5-year strategy as a subject matter expert, collaborating with strategy consultants

The daily net rate to the consultant is AUD $1400. The total length of the assignment is to be negotiated.
